These are small, daily irritations in the room you use more than any other, and almost all of them can be fixed in an afternoon for less than a plumber's call-out fee. That is the only kind of product we sell.

Questions people ask before ordering

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then take 5 to 7 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Do I need to drill into my tiles?

For almost everything we sell, no. Shelves and caddies mount with high-bond adhesive pads, over-toilet units are freestanding, and shower heads screw onto the standard G1/2 inch thread already in your bathroom. LED mirrors are the exception, as they are wall mounted and hardwired.

Will it fit my bathroom?

Every product page lists full dimensions in centimetres and inches, plus the exact clearances to measure before ordering. If you are unsure, email us your measurements and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. No restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged we ship a replacement and you usually do not need to return the original.
